“Freaky” Chic Wedding in Tuscany

∆ Sylvain and Cristina ∆

Cristina and Sylvain currently reside in Montréal but they decided to celebrate their love story in Italy with a romantic and intimate wedding on the hills of Bagno a Ripoli, not far from Florence.

The whole wedding took place in a wonderful location, a dreamlike house of a friend of Cristina’s.

We first took some pictures during the preparation of the bride in one of the beautiful room of the house: so happy to see how the light was right!

The warmth of red walls and three big windows illuminated Cristina while she was getting ready.

Even the weather couldn’t have been better than that, the enchanting light of late summer afternoon surrounded everything during the symbolic ceremony officiated by a very close friend of Cristina and the breathtaking view of Tuscan countryside was the perfect backdrop.

It was a very touching and emotional moment when Cristina and Sylvain read their own vows in front of their family and closest friends.

After dinner the celebration continued by the pool. All the guest had a great time with good music, cocktails and fireworks.

…and what’s better than ending a beautiful party with a swim in the pool by night?

Images say more than words so let the pictures speak for themselves and please enjoy our photos from this lovely Italian-Canadian wedding (we prefer “Freaky” Chic Wedding in Tuscany 😛 )!

Timeless Engagement Session | Kevin and Nicole
Timeless Engagement Session       Timeless Engagement Session.    Nicole and Kevin from Boston. Why "timeless"? Because I wanted to focus only on them, with no one else, without any contexts. All dynamic photos, very few poses, all spontaneous and natural situations. I tried to isolate them from the city, from the many tourists who are in Florence at this time. Nicole, at first, was very shy. "It's normal" -i said to her- "don't worry and enjoy! So, nobody knows you here in Florence!!" So... this is the result. I'm very happy because I've tried new things, a different approach to the couple, cinematic shots, a different photo retouc ...

For a wedding in a Tuscan Villa, Agriturismo Fattoria del Colle in Trequanda is the perfect venue. The panoramas of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia, extraordinary landscapes of the Sienese countryside, the parks, the Italian style garden, the Sixteenth 16th century Tuscan villa and its hamlet and courtyards, the farm houses and the olive groves all belong to a painting of a Renaissance master and the atmosphere prov ...
