Engagement Photography in Val D’Orcia

This valley is now known all over the world, symbol of Tuscan. With the harmonious wheat fields like desert dunes, the cypress trees stand like soldiers in these endless landscapes, the insistent chirping of crickets, the smell of wild nature, the yellow, the green and the orange, land of fine wines and delicious cheeses (I am a connoisseur eheheh ).

All of this is called Val D’Orcia, it’s the perfect place to tell the lovestory between two young beautiful as Valeria and Jacopo.

While working these pictures, came to my mind two songs: “Take me Home/ Country Roads” by John Denver who praising his land, West Virginia, and “I Walk the Line” one of the most beautiful love songs by Johnny Cash. (yes, I love country music)

“You’ve got a way to keep me on your side
You give me cause for love that I can’t hide
For you I’d even try to turn the tide
Because you’re mine, I walk the line”   [I walk the line, Johnny Cash]

Driving in these neverending roads, through completely different views, from desert of Death Valley to the snowy mountains of Sequoia  National Park,  passing from the "Sin City" Las Vegas. Th ...

Timeless Engagement Session | Kevin and Nicole
Timeless Engagement Session       Timeless Engagement Session.    Nicole and Kevin from Boston. Why "timeless"? Because I wanted to focus only on them, with no one else, without any contexts. All dynamic photos, very few poses, all spontaneous and natural situations. I tried to isolate them from the city, from the many tourists who are in Florence at this time. Nicole, at first, was very shy. "It's normal" -i said to her- "don't worry and enjoy! So, nobody knows you here in Florence!!" So... this is the result. I'm very happy because I've tried new things, a different approach to the couple, cinematic shots, a different photo retouc ...
